NEW YORK (WABC) -- When New York State started licensing dispensaries like Alto on Chambers Street, part of the goal was to right the wrongs of the past.
Gov. Kathy Hochul is promising that 89 licensed cannabis dispensaries in New York City, and dozens more statewide, will not be forced to shut down after the state’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) announced that those retail dispensary locations are out of compliance with the state’s proximity rule
